Battle Royale (BR) is: A competitive multiplayer game mode involving a large number of players, typically 100 or more. Participants are dropped into a large map with minimal equipment. They must search for weapons, armor, and resources while eliminating opponents. The play area gradually shrinks over time, forcing players into closer encounters. Strategy, quick reflexes, and adaptability are crucial for survival. Players can compete solo, in duos, or in squads. The objective is to outlast all other competitors and be the last person or team standing. Popular examples include Fortnite, PUBG, and Apex Legends.
